If you wish to remember loved ones, and to make a donation, please enter your details into the form below, along with the names of those you wish to remember.
In previous years we have donated around £15000 to charity as a result of donations made to the Tree of Light. There is a minimum donation of £5.00 per person remembered, however if you are able to increase your donation this will enable us to increase our giving to charity.
In view of the Covid 19 regulations there will be a need to change the arrangements for the Switch On, details of which will be given on our website.
GDPR regulations. We confirm the details provided will only be accessible to Evesham Rotary, our software, other consultants specifically engaged to support the Tree of Light and when requested Statutory Authorities. We will not share this information with any other organisations or individuals.
GIFT AID: I confirm I have paid or will pay an amount of Income Tax and/or Capital Gains Tax for each tax year (6th April to 5th April) that is at least equal to the amount of Tax that all the charities and CASCs that I donate to will reclaim on my gifts for that tax year. I understand that other taxes such as Council Tax and VAT do not count. I understand the charity will reclaim 25p of tax on every £1 that I give.
