Food Bank Collection at Morrisons

RECORD ITEMS COLLECTED FOR LOCAL FOODBANK

We held our latest tin and non perishable items collection at Morrisons Evesham on Saturday 7th December and records numbers were collected. The generous and kind  Morrisons’ shoppers donated over 1800 items for Evesham Food banks, which local charity Caring Hands will distribute to those in need.

Rotarian organiser Jeremy Knight said, “At Evesham Rotary Club we believe we can help those in need within our own community, and this is why we continue with the collection. It is so important at Christmas and we are so grateful for the generous shoppers who give so much and will help many people over the next few weeks.
